Joseph Patrick Shea
Joseph Patrick Shea has been a plaintiff personal injury attorney since 1991, bringing 20 years of trial and litigation experience to the matters he handles.
He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and Saint John’s University. Mr. Shea holds a bachelor of science degree in biology with a pre-med emphasis.
After working for other Chicago litigation law firms– trying over 75 cases and obtaining million dollar settlements and verdicts– Mr. Shea founded his own firm in 1997.

Patrick Brooks
Patrick M. Brooks has practiced in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Employment Law for over twenty years. For fifteen of those years he has managed his own firm and tried numerous workers’ compensation cases before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission.
He has also argued workers’ compensation appeals before the Circuit Courts and the Illinois’ Appellate Courts. He has written and lectured on matters dealing with workers’ compensation law for the Illinois State Bar Association.
